Job DescriptionEnsure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.To support the Contract SHE functions, provide, and support SHE solutions and enable the Contract / Operational Teams to implement the SHE Management System. To build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, whilst providing an independent and objective view of SHE Performance on the Contract.This role is based on site 5 days a week and candidates must undergo client security clearance (BPSS).ResponsibilitiesManaging the daily SHE paperwork to ensure quality compliance and document controlManage booking of ‘on-boarding’ and the inductions processSupport the induction process with management of records and updating of project registersAssist in managing the projects training matrix and completing monthly training record audits for staff and subcontractors Assist in the monthly SHE reporting requirements such as Capture, SHE dashboards, etc.Working as part of the site SHE Team in supporting the Project Team as requiredAssist with meetings – planning / arrangements and minutesOwning the document control process for audit complianceAssist the wider project Administration team with ad-hoc tasks as requiredMaintaining key working relationships with all members of the project team including client staff, subcontractors / supplierEssentialKnowledge, Skill, Behaviours and ExperienceAt least 2 years administration experience Microsoft Office Trustworthy Integrity Ability to question and challenge Motivated Team Player Flexible Able to prioritise/time management Communicating clearly, both written and verbal Adaptability Organised Attention to detail DesirableSHE Administration experience QualificationsEssential English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalentDesirable SSSTS / IOSH managing safely CSCS card About UsCostain helps to improve people’s lives with integrated, leading edge, smart infrastructure solutions across the UK’s energy, water, transportation and defence markets.
