**Job Summary**
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join a growing team on a full-time, permanent basis, office-based in the County of Gwynedd, in North Wales

**Salary**:Dependent on relevant Administration experience

**Responsibilities**
- Handle project administration including updating workflow and tasks.
- Produce accurate and up-to-date documentation to be provided to relevant clients.
- Review documentation to ensure a high standard of quality using approved templates.
- Liaise with clients to provide update on the project process and respond to any queries.
- Use internal project tools to track progress and complete administration tasks required at key stages.
- Create documents outlining planned project works and provide estimated pricing to clients.
- Support team members with various project processes as needed to ensure deadlines are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
