Bring your technical skills and abilities to the Admissions department of a large educational faculty, where you will be working with a supportive team, behind the scenes to help with administrative duties to develop, implement and manage projects.

As a Digital Marketing Administrator, you will be:

- Assisting in the implementation and maintaining their digital infrastructure, including interfaces with other internal systems
- Providing Web based solutions to the department
- Liaising with internal and external teams to define opportunities to improve and achieve full potential of the system
- Working closely with the teams to interpret their processes and requirements in order to develop the project ensuring these are reflected in the systems
- Producing strategies, procedures and plans to ensure organisational commitment to the system

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

- Strong technical skills and previous technical experience
- Can accurately enter and record data
- Competent in understanding management process and helping to feedback to support and develop
- Experienced use of MS Office and other web platforms
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ideally a Welsh communicator (written and read particularly as need to work through Welsh system side)
