One of the UK’s most established market leading testing firms based near the historic city of Bangor, Gwynedd has an opportunity for a Site Testing Administrator to join their team. Established over forty years ago our client has a fantastic reputation andprides itself on providing a quality service to its customers.
In this full time, permanent role you will be part of an experienced, friendly team providing administrative support and resources in a role with the following responsibilities:
- Producing technical reports, and spreadsheets from test data
- Calculating and checking results against specifications
- Liaising with managers and supervisors on technical issues and prioritisation of support
- Dealing with telephone queries and communicating with clients and staff
- General clerical duties, filing, scanning, organising resources, booking staff accommodation
- Communicating with clients daily
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent administration skills with previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and a professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Good level of proficiency with Word, Excel, Spreadsheets and Databases
- The ability to converse in Welsh is highly desirable but not essential
- Full driving license and own vehicle
- Happy to work in a very dynamic office environment
This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on a weekly salary of £413.60 - based on an hourly rate of £10.34, plus overtime.
