ADMINISTRATOR – CAREMARKNI Location: 3 Balloo Place, Bangor, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Contract: Full‑time (temporary full‑time), Monday to Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm with one weekend shift every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday). CaremarkNI is a compassionate and professional domiciliary care company dedicated to providing high‑quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. About The Role The Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the office team, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and acting as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records, including client and staff files. Prepare, organise, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling client visits and staff rotas; communicate changes promptly to caregivers and clients. Monitor and manage staff availability, leave requests, and sickness records. Ensure client care plans and documentation are complete and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. Assist with audits and inspections. Provide friendly and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors; handle queries and concerns with sensitivity and efficiency. Follow up on client feedback to ensure satisfaction. Order and maintain office supplies; manage incoming and outgoing mail. Support management in organising meetings and events. Key Skills and Competencies Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Professional and approachable demeanour. Requirements Previous administrative experience desirable, preferably in a healthcare or domiciliary care setting. Knowledge of the domiciliary care sector and related regulations is an advantage.
