Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team, coordinating workforce
- Maintain the organization of workforce
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and communication
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- quoting, invoicing, etc
