Due to increased work, we now have a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive and ever-growing company as an Office Administrator. A hugely important office based role in Bangor, Gwynedd, you would be providing administration support to the management and assisting engineers with the workflow of jobs, following laid out company procedures and assisting with implementing new procedures. Also serving as a point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors.

**Main Role**
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering.
- Accounts admin including inputting digital invoices to Xero, follow our money chasing procedure.
- Updating time and attendance and inputting payroll data.
- Maintain Vehicle logs. Arrange any servicing, MOT, repairs etc
- To schedule appointments and organise meetings taking minutes.
- To ensure that all documentation and company policies are maintained

**Health and safety - **Assist with health and safety policies and help the team in adhering to these policies. Updating Health and Safety logs

**Data Protection - **Assist with enforcing GDPR policies by conducting checks as per procedure. Updating GDPR logs.


**FCA - **To assist the management in making sure that all applicable FCA rules are being adhered to.

**Social Media / Marketing **Assisting with Social media data and posts.

**Skills Required**:
Punctual and good timekeeping

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer service experience

Strong IT ability in office software

**Personal Qualities Required**

Willingness to learn

Good common sense

A good team player

Good attention to detail

Please note that this is a full-time position with competitive Salary.

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent (6 months probation)

Salary £26,000 per annum made up of £11.35 per hour basic +£2.00 per hour attendance bonus

Hours of work - 37.5 - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with half hour for lunch

**Experience**

Customer Service experience - Minimum 1 year

Administration experience - Minimum 1 year

Experience in Microsoft Office and or Google Docs / Sheets is essential

Knowledge of Xero is desirable.
