based in Shoreham-On-Sea, my client is looking for a HR Administrator to support the HR function on a range of processes and projects.

Reporting into the HR Manager, we’re looking for someone who already has experience working within a HR team and is looking for their next role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting a broad range of HR transactional activities including, new starters, absence management, employee changes, payroll, rewards and benefits and leavers.
- Maintaining personnel files and updating internal databases with employee details.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding process including, creating offers, employment contracts and maintaining trackers.
- Answering HR queries from employees.
- Participate in project work as and when required, including support to other HR team members.
- Supporting the Centre of Expertise with respect to specific Administration duties related to the CoE.
- Processing invoices.
- Creating reports and presentations.
- Provide an efficient internal service by adhering to pre-set service standards/SLA’s via a Helpdesk ticketing service.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
