We are currently recruiting for a HRIS Specialist to join our HR Team that shares our core values; respect for people, hard work and enterprise, excellence in reputation and making the world a safer place for everyone. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day management of our HR system and ensuring high quality people data which will support the HR/ L&D Team in developing, influencing and driving the people agenda in Arco.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that has a proven operational experience in HR System development/ implementation experience, with excellent communication skills, at all levels with the ability to translate data into clear and meaningful outcomes. For this role, we can consider both full time (37.5 hours a week) or part time (30 hours a week).

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintenance of system admin functionality
- Work with project teams, HRBPs and the wider business to provide accurate people data and analysis to assist in supporting the direction of projects and to deliver the wider HR people plan
- Review and implement iTrent system upgrade packs, testing the impact of changes to ensure that upgrades are successfully landed in the business
- Collaborate across a range of stakeholders deliver the manpower planning data that tracks salary costs vs budget
- Lead the annual pay review and annual bonus reporting, modelling and insight to support successful implementation and payment
- Manage and deliver training and development sessions as required to upskill our people managers on HR/ L&D systems

About you

The ideal HRIS Specialist will be/have:

- Critical attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to interpret information to identify key action points for prioritisation
- HR System development/ implementation experience (iTrent & Business Objects experience is desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with an ability to translate data into clear and meaningful outcomes
- Excellent Microsoft Office systems knowledge and skills inc. Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
