Job Title: General Administrative & Sales Assistant

Location: LET Electrical & Renewables

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday(additional hours may be required)

**Job Type**: Part-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff, clients, and follow up calls.

Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to clients or customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues. Follow up sales appointments and answer any queries/question they may have.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our databases and filing systems.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth office operations and provide backup support as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Level 2 in maths and English. Additional administrative training or certification is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative & a sales role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

**Skills**:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong IT/ Computer skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Friendly and professional demeanor, with strong customer service skills.

Other Requirements:
Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday(Additional hours may be required)

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
