**Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members
- Organise internal transport
- File paperwork and maintain records

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks software preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
