**Legal Receptionist / Administrator - Poole - salary negotiable DOE**
We're working with a residential property law firm based in Poole who're looking for a receptionist / administrator to join their growing team
**Main responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with preparing legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by attorneys
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerized office systems, including QuickBooks, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Ability to perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, and record keeping
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £26,418.80 per year
