To help us deliver exceptional service we are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to assist with marina operations at Cobb’s Quay Marina. You will be passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer service and will put the safety and the needs of the customer first every time. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, exceeding expectations daily. This is a fixed term contract for six months.

**The role will include but not limited to**:

- To act as a receptionist for Cobb’s Quay Marina and its tenants including sorting and distributing incoming and out-going mail.
- To ensure the office telephone is answered in a timely manner, customers are greeted and assistance with serving in the main office is maintained ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- To provide support to the Administration team with ensuring a strict debt control policy is in operation.
- To ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and to keep the Administrator informed of their progress at all times.
- To assist with general administration functions to support the central administration team.
- To provide a concierge service to customers to include taxi, restaurant, and visitor berth bookings, and to arrange Dockmaster trolley assistance when necessary.
- Deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
- To ensure that the Administrator is aware of any concerns you may have within your scope of responsibility.
- To ensure all legal, HSE and company policies inc. financial are being adhered to.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties required by the management team.

**The key requirements for this role are but not limited to**:

- A proactive approach to customer service and any issues arising is adopted along with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Place our customers at the centre of all our business practices, ensuring outstanding customer care at all points of contact.
- Ensure you are in the correct uniform and that it is clean, presentable, and well maintained at all times.
- All dealings with team members are carried out professionally, politely, and respectfully.
- To place the customer at the forefront of your daily duties and ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience is achieved at all times.
- To deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
