We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to for maternity cover, for a year.

We are a friendly, family owned practice with a great list of long standing patients.

**What we are looking for**:

- Adaptability, demonstrating initiative, good communication skills, empathy and attention to detail and preferred qualities for this position.
- The ability to exercise judgement when dealing with patient enquiries /problems.
- Good computer skills.
- The ability to manage own workload and act independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of accuracy with regard to patient correspondence and filing.
- Sensitivity and empathy with people from different backgrounds.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- The ability to work to a professional standard

**Job role and progression**:

- You will start in a front of house Reception role.
- Ability to progress to perform an administrative and managerial role in the future.
- Job progression from Receptionist could include Head Receptionist, Adminstrator, Treatment Co-ordinator, and Practice Manager.
