We are looking to recruit an administrative assistant with proven administrative skills to join our friendly Community Learning Disability Team based at Canford Health, Poole. The team provides care and support to adults with learning disabilities across Poole, working closely with their families, carers and other professional supporting them.

You will work alongside existing administrative staff in providing effective and confidential administrative support to the team. You should have a welcoming and polite manner as you will be first point of contact for service users, carers and visitors to the service. You will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel. You should be comfortable with IT and be keen to learn new software packages and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in which you will receive training in our ways of working and opportunities to develop the efficiency of our service systems and procedures.
