Office Administrator/assistant

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and energetic with ideally some knowledge of yachts, who has good organisational skills and an understanding of marketing and the sales enviroment. This role is important for the smooth running of our office. we are a small team - we sell beautiful boats and we are passionate about them This is a varied position in an environment that you should enjoy.
**Marketing**:
- Creating a weekly mail-out using Mailchimp and updating/maintaining the contacts on Mailchimp
- Assisting the brokers with social media on a regular basis
- Working with our database system for adding clients and yachts
- Updating our own web site other portals web sites with new yacht listings
**Administration / Accounts**:
- Knowledge of accounts such as paying suppliers, collecting receipts and some filing
- Organising travel arrangements (flights, hotel and car hire) as and when required
- Keeping the office supplies in stock
- Managing and negotiating office utilities accounts
- some PA activities for the director
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
