Customer Care Administrator

Kennings Building Supplies Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator to join their Team for approximately 30 hours per week (immediate start available).
Duties will include;
- Answering calls from Customers who have experienced problems with their order
- Communicating with Customers using our online Portal facilities
- Working as part of a team ensuring Customer notes are accurately logged
- Investigating and resolving Customer Complaints
- Processing Returned items
- Processing Refunds
- General Administration
- Technical assistance
Knowledge of Consumer Right Regulations would be an advantage but is not essential. Full Training will be given.
Must be available to work Monday
- Friday 9am until 3:30pm.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
