**Must have a high level of Administration experience**

For our stores to run like clockwork and keep our patients at the heart of everything we do, we need sound support behind the scenes - and that’s where you come in.

So, what does it take to be a successful Administrator? You’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, with the aim to provide top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

We are looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key - a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store. The role will include
- General Admin needs
- Health & Safety
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
- Responsible for NHS accounts, administration & reconciliation
- Store invoicing & tracking customer orders
- Stocktake preparation and submittal
