Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, organising transport and speaking to drivers on a daily basis?

We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to start immediately for a busy Transport office - hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Speaking to Drivers over the phone, organising time slots

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £11.00 per hour
