Regulation continues to strengthen at speed within the Gambling Industry with the Gambling Act review underway alongside multiple active regulatory consultations. This is a great opportunity and time for a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team to help protect both the business and our customers, ensuring that the licensing objectives and our regulatory requirements are communicated and adhered to. What you'll do You will support and assist the team to champion and protect the delivery of regulatory requirements, providing advice and guidance to other business areas to ensure that the business is able to understand and implement our requirements. Supporting Compliance projects that ensure our adherence to our UK and Alderney licensing requirements. You will understand and have the ability to communicate regulatory requirements to stakeholders within the business whilst always ensuring we are aligned with regulatory guidelines and guidance from the UK Gambling Commission and relevant trade bodies. You will also support in the update and maintenance of our Compliance and Risk Management system. How you'll do it As an integral member of the compliance team, you will be comfortable working within a regulated business, where business and technical compliance issues are given the highest of priorities. A confident communicator with the ability to present complex information succinctly verbally and within written reports. You will review select specialist complaints investigations and final response letters for factual accuracy so attention to detail really is key. You will be a driving force in delivering control improvements, identifying any regulatory failings or control improvements.
