Now Education are looking to appoint a Compliance Officer for our Leeds Branch.

This is a hybrid-working role where two days will be worked from home and three in our central Leeds office.
- Be diligent in checking details.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have good IT skills, including using a database and all aspects of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Be able to organise their own workload to meet deadlines.
- Hold relevant qualifications, or be able to demonstrate previous office or education based experience.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Checking new files are correctly completed and loading Compliance Criteria to the Matchmaker database. Monitoring Compliance Team inbox, dealing with any requests that fall within this role.
- Auditing files (including following up any mistakes with consultants - granting extensions where necessary to get files completed to standard)
- Logging and scanning to MM received DBS certificates and right-to-work documents, notifying consultants of DBSs with Cautions/Convictions/Additional Info.
- Running Barred List checks.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
