Part-time Internal Business Development Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part Time **Internal Business Development Manager** based in **Dartford.** You will join us on a part time, permanent basis working between 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, shift pattern between 8am - 5pm. In return, you will receive a **competitive salary** plus bonus.
**Reports to: Business Development Team Leader.**
As a result of expansion within the company, we are looking to recruit a Part-Time Internal Business Development Manager/ Appointment Maker to identify and secure new commercial opportunities and drive growth. Working collaboratively with the Area Salesteam, your core responsibility will be Business Development, where you will reach out to new & existing clients regarding the company portfolio of products and services with a view to making Sales appointments. **Key Accountabilities**:
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated external Area Sales Rep, you will contact clients via phone and various other social media channels to plan and book visits to discuss how the business can support new projects within the construction sector
- Conduct customer research to learn and understand the customers’ needs and identify opportunities
- Qualify and target key decision makers and approach them in an engaging way to nurture customer relationships and build trust
- Demonstrate proactive customer care and integrity by setting reminders of when to check in and follow up after completing every call/ task
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets based on high quality calls, earning monthly bonus compensation
- Maintain and keep up to date the company's CRM system, recording all information accurately and consistently
- Hitting a daily KPI average of 100 quality calls per week, where you are gathering new information, contact details or setting up appointments for the Ares Sales Rep, whilst logging all notes onto Salesforce.

**Work Hours**:
20 - 25 hours per week, flexible shift pattern between Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
