The Product Team Administrator will support the Product Team on general administrative duties and assist in updating files and reports and filing materials, fabrics, trims, components, artwork, packaging and test reports. This role will provide support to theTechnical Manager on all fabric and trim related areas and may also involve working on projects to support the business and the Product team. There may be opportunities to assist the team research and organization of special projects. Meeting and exceedingthe quality expectations of Rohan customer is the key goal of both roles.

**Key Tasks**

Support the Technical Manager with ad-hoc reporting and projects as and when required

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Technical Manager

Support on tracking that all new products, techniques and/or material combination are Laboratory and/or Wear tested and adhere to

Rohan quality standards

Assist team to organise and document product and trims laboratory and wear tests to ensure all materials test reports are completed

and approved

Support on the submission and approval of all lab dips, trims and component samples and bulk samples for all products

Support on recording and organising colour continuity records across all ranges to ensure all products comply with colour matching

requirements from product to product and from season to season

Support on maintaining the colour library against each material

Support on inputting accurate material onto the Range Grid ensuring that information is updated and aligned with information in the

BOM, Costing, testing and latest sample

Support on the completion of material commercial and technical specification sheets for all new developments capturing all key

information

Support on updating materials specifications, status and comments at every stage of the development cycle

Support on the timely management of sampling, testing, materials and colour reviews to a critical path, ensuring all products and

ranges are launched on time

**Key Skills**

Well organized and methodical approach to work, driven by attention to detail

Have excellent skills in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and within multiple teams

Effective communicator

Excellent Project management skills
