Client Services Account Representative

Fabulous opportunity to provide support to the Account Managers and publishers (previous B2B client support preferred)
This role requires good levels of literacy and numeracy.
Experience or a degree in Publishing/ Books would be ideal but not essential.
A busy role, you should be used to prioritising your own workload and using a variety of in-house systems simultaneously.
This is hybrid opportunity working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
Main duties:
Getting information onto the relevant content management systems and maintaining these whilst ensuring requirements are recorded and actioned accurately
Liaising with internal teams both in the UK and US
Dealing with all queries efficient and accurately
Maintain up to date and accurate knowledge on the full range of services to advise publishers accordingly
Implementing targeted promotions
To be considered:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
Good levels of literacy and numeracy
Experience of B2B client support
Proven experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment
Able to work flexible hours and travel if required
