**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity for a dynamic, bright, and driven individual to join the Real Estate Project Management team in our Leeds office. Whilst D365 experience is an advantage, individuals with relevant transferable skills who could learn on the job will also be considered for this role, for instance a D365 finance user with accounting experience, or someone with experience of service desk or support of another ERP.

**Finance duties for the Real Estate team**:

- Provide support to end users and respond to queries raised in D365
- Responsible for handling a range of queries related to areas such as access, workflow management, purchase to pay, project management, time and expenses
- Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users
- Administration of starters, movers and leavers
- Report and investigate bugs and incidents
- Periodic system administration tasks such as batch job monitoring, error resolution and user access reviews (including control activities required under Sox)
- Aiding project managers and directors to ensure projects are correctly setup in D365, and client invoicing is accurate
- Setup of complex contracts, projects, billing and intercompany arrangements in D365
- Responsible for handling a range of queries relating to project management and setup, purchase to pay, client invoicing and intercompany
- Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users
- Undertaking of cost centre monthly project invoicing
- Finance reporting
- Fee trackers
- Forecasting
- Month end fee flash
- Utilisation reporting
- Credit note processing
- Management of milestones
- Work breakdown structures
- WIP updates
- Raising POs
- Setting up new suppliers
- Setting up new opportunities
- Managing new client set up of prospects
- New job set ups
- Transferring opportunities to quotes and new jobs
- Creating compliance documents and collating all the required evidence
- SOX control responsibilities are part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
- Leads and prospects on D365

**General duties**:

- Provide reception cover as directed by the Business Assistant to include:

- Phone cover
- Post in/out
- Meeting room set up
- Other ad hoc duties
- PO cover for Business Assistant
- Fire Warden duties

**Qualifications**:

- ERP system experience. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience an advantage
- Strongly customer-focused, used to providing support to demanding users and teams
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, and demonstrate flexibility and a “can-do” attitude
- Quick learner - analytically minded, able to break down and understand information
- Experience of project accounting and finance an advantage
- Advanced Excel
- Understanding of business systems and processes
