**Contact Centre Advisor - Out of Hours**
**Salary: £18,500 pro rata**
**Hours: 30 hours per week - Rota basis to cover x3 Weekday 6-11pm shifts and both days at the weekend 7-3/3-11pm**
**Based in our Chelmsford Head Office, although currently able to work remotely**
As a Contact Centre Advisor for ECL, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and members of the public. By providing exceptional customer service and a high level of crucial administrative support for all ECL services, you will be vital in ensuring we are the supplier of choice for Adult Health and Social Care.
**Requirements to become a Contact Centre Advisor include**:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the care sector
- Experience of administrative work in an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to deal with a variety of customer situations
- Good IT skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
