I am looking for a HR Business Partner £39,415 per annum, to join a leading property company based in Portishead.
**This is a Fixed Term 12 Month Contract**
**Salary -** Up to £39,415 depending on experience
Our client in Portishead has a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their team. Based within a few minutes' walk of the Marina, the high street, shops and restaurants with free parking and great public transport links to Bristol.
As an experienced human resource professional, you will work directly with the organisation's
senior and operational leadership teams to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely
supports organisational goals.
**Main responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner will include**:

- Providing professional HR advice on complex HR/employee relations issues. Providing support and guidance to the HR Advisor and Senior Co-ordinators where appropriate
- Lead on the implementation of the HR elements of change management initiatives and other HR projects
- Facilitate the strategic and operational workforce planning process within designated business areas
- Working with business leaders and HR colleagues to drive consistency of approach across the company in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs
- Supporting on the design, implementation and development of organisational structures
- Working closely with leaders and colleagues to improve employee engagement, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Providing guidance on HR policy and procedures

**About you**:
What skills, experience and qualifications do you need in order to do the role?- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or with proven experience in an HR Operational role, you will have sound knowledge of employment law and best practice in HR.
- You will keep up to date with HR issues and trends, with the ability to adapt, flex and tailor your approach to different situations.
- You will have delivered HR strategies/plans/initiatives and be able to collaborate, influence and challenge others.
- You will be a problem solver, with the ability to analyse and evaluate data, to a successful outcome for colleague and employer
