People (HR) Business Partner - Bristol | £35,000 + Excellent Benefits We are working with a leading professional services firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to step up into a People (HR) Business Partner role — offering exceptional support, coaching, and exposure to a wide range of exciting HR projects. The Role As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with senior managers to shape and deliver people strategies that align with wider business goals. Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement the people plan Leading engagement and cultural initiatives, such as employee forums and wellbeing projects Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people matters Collaborating across the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment Using data and insights to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement The person We are looking for someone who is: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it) An experienced HR Advisor keen to gain Business Partnering experience or someone already working as a BP looking to gain different experience. Experience within a professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Confident, proactive, and commercially minded. Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders. Passionate about driving engagement and cultural change. The Package Salary: £35,000 + bonus and excellent benefits 35 hours per week 25 days holiday Life assurance (3x salary) Health cash plan Cycle to work scheme Discounted health screening Wellbeing support, active social and charity committees, and recognition schemes Location Bristol (Hybrid) - circa 1 day a week in the office (maybe slightly more as you start) allowing you to enjoy flexibility while being part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking HR team.
