My market leading client is looking to hire an HR Business Partner in Bristol on a permanent basis who will be responsible for partnering an IT/Technology client group.

This is a fantastic role that will offer the opportunity to work within a fast paced, agile, and progressive culture. You will be results driven and collaborative with a very commercial mindset and impressive skill set of operating in a true BP role.
Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with other Business Partners and colleagues across the People team, you will support a headcount of c300 and be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the people strategy, change and operationsagenda while working with the centres of excellence and HR Administration. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of key programs including continuous improvement, organisational design, performance, L&D and reward.
Ideally you will be an experienced HR Business Partner who has managed an IT/Technology client group, or you will have worked within an IT/Technology organisation. You will have worked in both an operational and strategic capacity and will be able to demonstrateworking with senior leadership teams. You will be able to evidence managing and delivering change/transformation programmes and will possess strong analytical skills as well as being commercial with the ability to influence and manage relationships at seniorlevels. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills along with a good understanding of tech terminology and knowledge.
Based in Bristol my client offers hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 from home along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
