**Job overview**:
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?

Do you have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking Management Support Administrator based in the Perinatal Business Support Team and the wider Perinatal CMHT. The post is being offered on a permanent contract on a part time basis. You will be based at Hellesdon Hospital but with the option to work from home.

The successful applicant will work alongside one other management support administrator supporting Clinical Team Managers and Service Managers. You should be able to prioritise your work effectively, be forward thinking and have excellent communication skills. You will be working as part of a well established multi disciplinary team so experience of working as part of a team as well as independently would be an advantage.

**Main duties of the job**:
Diary management to include arranging appointments /meetings and collation of necessary documentation to support meetings arranged.

Preparing reports on behalf of the management team and collating information.

Supporting managers with arranging supervision/appraisals, associated HR duties including recording sickness and sickness meetings, checking rotas, and updating wages system ensuring strict confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of staff information being processed.

Attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post. Raising agendas and recording minutes of meetings.

Provide cover for other administrative staff during holidays and sickness, across the Locality, including reception duties and any other general office duties as required.

It is essential that you have good all round administrative experience including MS office. Experience of working with NHS IT systems would also be an advantage however full training would be given.
