**What will you be doing?**
You will be working as part of a supportive established fun team of people, providing excellent customer service face to face to our members, taking ownership of their individual needs. You will demonstrate strong communication skills daily which will enable you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections and show empathy to our customers. Resolving member enquiries through to resolution, you will pride yourself on delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service.
**What type of person will you need to be?**
**We are looking for people who live in or near Newport and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and who have had previous experience of working within a financial services environment.**
You will be a resilient person, with a helpful personality and experience of providing excellent customer service face to face. At the start of your career, we will support you through a blended learning experience this is where you will learn how to be successful in your role through a mixture of virtual classroom & practical training, as well as having the opportunity to develop these new skills fully supported within your branch.
