Company Description

Chubb now has an opportunity for a branch administrator to join our team in Cardiff on a full time, permanent basis. The main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to Operations Managers, Customers, Engineers & Sales across the region’s admin hub, enabling a smooth, efficient and professional customer experience.

This role works full time from our Cardiff office based at South Point Industrial Estate

**Job Description**:
**What will I be doing as a Branch Administrator?**
- Communicate with Customers, Engineers and the Customer Service Centre regarding Maintenances, installation projects and service calls
- Dealing with Customer Disputes and contract retention
- Validating key accounts work orders.
- Request Purchase orders for Contract renewals
- Ordering stock for Engineers or planned installation projects
- Creating Electronic job packs for Install Engineers
- Checking Installation Handover Documentation and following company procedure to process through to invoice.
- Process Engineer Weekly Timesheets and Mileage reports
- General filing and general office duties e.g. stationary ordering.
- To complete any other administrative duties that may be required.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Good level of typing skill, accurate with a good general background in administration
- Experience working within the facilities management / service industry preferred
- Strong IT skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint (desirable)
- The ability to multitask with good prioritization skills
- Passionate about the customer.
- Good people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly both in verbally and in writing.
- Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping out willingly when required.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organised, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
