The role of **Lettings Administrator **is to provide administrative support to the landlords, and tenants regarding the processing of safety certificates, property visits, changes to the tenancy agreements, serving of notices andany other adhoc administrative duties. You will be joining a busy, vibrant, and sociable team based in Ty Croes Cwrlwys which will offer you an opportunity to study for qualifications within the property sector.

**As an Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Liaising with landlords, tenants, branch staff, and client accounting
- Advising Landlord and Tenants of any end of tenancy instructions
- Be committed to achieving or exceeding own/team/Letting Support Centre targets
- Providing support to our Property Management department by processing tenancy inspection and safety certificates
- Serving notices and legal documentation to Landlords and Tenant to implement any changes throughout the tenancy

**Skills & Experience of an Administrator**:

- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Good analytical ability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment
