Working on some of the country's most exciting, cutting-edge construction and infrastructure projects, we are proud to be playing a part in "Building Britain" whilst working collaboratively with the best main contractors in the sector. - **We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Cardiff, on a part time basis covering 25-30 hours per week, days to be agreed.**_ Providing high quality day to day administration support to the depot in a timely and efficient manner and in line with business requirements and company quality and business procedures. - Provide a first point of contact for customers and employees and handle all matters professionally. - Provide high quality administrative support to colleagues/managers. - Compile and complete reports and records to an effective standard. - Ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner and filed in accordance with agreed procedures. - Handle daily enquiries and internal/external customer queries in a manner which meets both company procedures and customer expectations. - Ensure all processing of paperwork is completed to the required company standard. - Provide reports/letters/spreadsheets as required. - Maintain and update all relevant databases. - Actively liaise with line management to highlight any areas of concern. - Ensure all reports are accurately maintained and processed in a timely manner. - Update administration processes as directed to reflect any new internal controls and directives. - Co-operate fully with line supervisors/managers, to contribute to successfully meeting all business objectives. **What to bring with you**: - Proven ability to work to deadlines and to a high level of accuracy. - Ability to deal effectively with all aspects of administration. - Good numerical skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Good MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Word. - Ability to work well as part of a team. - Honesty and respect for confidential information. - Good time management and organisational skills. - Ability to work at a good pace and complete tasks efficiently. **What you will get in return**: - 25 days holiday plus public holidays - this will be pro-rated. - Pension scheme. - 8x Life Assurance. - Company benefits portal. - We are an equal, diverse and inclusive employer._ **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent. **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Expected hours: 30 per week Schedule: - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - No weekends Work Location: In person
