**Sales Negotiator - Accrington**
**£28,000+ OTE**

Are you enthusiastic, organised, and ready to start or grow your career in property? Join a friendly, independent estate agency in Accrington, where your attitude and drive matter more than direct experience.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am - 2:00pm
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct face-to-face property viewings
- Advertise properties online and via social media
- Register buyers and sellers
- Coordinate photography and marketing materials
- Follow up leads from viewings and market appraisals
- Provide regular updates to vendors on market activity
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties
- Carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks and ID verification
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Property experience desirable but not essential
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High standards of personal presentation
- Confident using computers and basic systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
