**What will you do as a GTM Talent Partner?**:
As part of the GTM Talent Team, you'll drive the hiring pipeline across various business and corporate teams, acting as a key partner to Hiring Managers throughout the entire process. You'll collaborate with our in-house Talent Partners and Head of Talent to shape Robin's talent acquisition strategy, including evolving our hiring best practices. You'll also play a crucial role in helping us hire world-class talent to support our ambitious vision for transforming the legal industry through AI.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Partnering with Hiring Managers and the broader Talent team to own end-to-end recruitment initiatives across many of our business teams, especially our unique Legal division, as well as Business Operations, Finance, HR and others
- Adopting a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to recruiting
- Taking an innovative and creative approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines; building top of funnel proactively
- Working with Interviewers and our Talent team to drive efficiencies in recruiting and improving hiring processes
- Approaching Recruitment with a consultative, strategic business partner mindset, forming strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders

**Ideally, you should have the following qualifications**:

- Experience with hiring for non tech roles
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage talent analytics to uncover insights and inform strategies.
- Substantial recruitment experience at a fast-growing technology business
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment where things change and flexibility, creativity and willingness to roll up your sleeves are required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and complex, strategic talent programs
