**Executive Administrative Assistant**
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with experience of supporting up to MD level to join JP Morgan in Edinburgh on a rolling 3 months contract with the potential to go permanent in the future.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) within the Corporate Investment Bank, you will require an advanced high level Assistant skillset including confidentiality, strong work ethic, good time management, resourcefulness, diligence, strong business and client deliverable focus. All applicants should have a solid EA background and proven skill set with a strong degree of flexibility given the demanding nature of this role.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Advanced, proactive diary management to seniors
- Gate keeping both in person and over the phone
- Coordination of meetings, conference calls, telepresence set up - internally and externally
- Finalise complex travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, check in, VISAs, accommodation and ground transportation logistics following a Corporate Policy. Manage a multitude of frequent changes at short notice, prepare travel itineraries and navigate Covid protocols
- Management of expense processing through Concur
- Org Chart ownership and occasional project work
- System functionality expert - utilise internal systems, complete accurate data entry into management information systems, responsible for accurate collation of information to senior management and some research, reporting responsibilities as defined by the business
- Become an integral part of the business, understand group priorities and changeable deliverables
- Partnership with assistants across the CIB group to provide coverage for absence where necessary.

- Strong technical capabilities - knowledge of PitchPro / Powerpoint is favourable, or a desire to learn new skills including these

- Awareness of expense arena, expense systems and cost control initiatives e.g. can champion expense policy, process expenses in a timely manner.
**Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. When working from home you will need your own PC/Laptop as these are not provided**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £150.00-£170.00 per day
