**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the bookkeeping process by entering data and assisting with financial documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and document management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
