**Job Role Overview**

To provide all General day to day administrative duties. The purpose of this role is to provide a range of assistance to a department servicing our operational colleagues, and to contribute to the achievement of departmental and business-wide objectives. We are looking for a confident and organised Project Administrator to work alongside the Project Manager.

**Accountabilities**
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring SharePoint and other systems are updated and maintained
- Provide timely and accurate client updates
- Data Input
- Updating of current systems
- To collate and process site data onto client database and other systems
- To generate and issue work packs
- To accurately document, record and report on data received via the relevant platforms
- Reporting to the programme support team, carrying out other administrative duties as required

**Knowledge and Key Skills**

Essential
- Good people interfacing skills
- Hands on approach.
- Excellent IT / Microsoft Excel competency
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
