Position 1:
Repair Co-ordinator – Peterlee:
Salary:
£32,000–£34,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We're looking for an organised and proactive Repair Co-ordinator to join our team in Peterlee. This role is key to ensuring our repair operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule repair works, ensuring timely completion,
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers,
- Log, track, and update repair jobs using internal systems,
- Order parts and manage stock levels where required,
- Monitor job progress and address any delays or issues,
- Management of company and customer portals,
- Produce reports and maintain accurate documentation.
About You:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills,
- Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with customers,
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure,
- Experience in a repairs/maintenance or scheduling/co-ordination role is an advantage,
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.

About the Role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Peterlee. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries,
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and documentation,
- Supporting management with administrative tasks and reporting,
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and office activities,
- Management of company and customer portals.
- Processing orders, invoices, and basic data entry,
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and well-supplied,
- Assisting colleagues across departments where required.
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred),
- Strong communication and organisational skills,
- Competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems,
- Able to prioritise tasks and work independently,
- Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
