Job Title: Submission Officer
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Office duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Typing and computerising data accurately and efficiently
- Conducting data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Google Suite and Dropbox for document management
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or partners
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Organising and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Performing clerical tasks as needed to support the submission process
Qualifications:
- Proficient in office procedures and equipment
- Strong computer skills with expertise in data entry
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Dropbox preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
- Exceptional organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous
