**_The Studio_**
The Studio is such a crucial part of the customer’s digital journey - bringing the product to life in the best way possible.Showingcustomers how to wear aproduct in an aspirational way, referencing the latest fashion trends and listening tocustomer’sneeds, and lifestyle.
**_The Role:_**
Reporting into the Studio Manager, this role focus is to oversee and manage the sample process between BMD and the photography studio so that it runs smoothly.
**_Responsibilities:_**:

- This role is responsible for the seamless running of day to day activities for the e-commerce studios.
- Manage day to day admin and movement of samples.
- Responsibility of shooting priority samples and flagging any missing images
- Leading the Sample Team, and covering resource within this department
- Work closely with the Creative Director & Production team to manage workflow through the warehouse into the studio, ensuring capacity is appropriately and efficiently used.
- Manage a team of Sample Coordinators, overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring everything is working to schedule.
- As a key point of contact, between the wider business and the studio, work closely with all teams building collaborative relationships. Especially BMD.
- Managing Check in’s and returns of all samples entering the Studio ensuring samples have all required information.
- Management of Shoot Lists added to the asset management system
- Ensure the correct samples are prepared for each shooting day liaising with the production team on volumes and have clear communication with the styling teams.
- Quality control you teams recording of samples & relevant information DAM site.
- Management of samples required for both fashion model and product still life shoots creative shoots including collation and return of samples.
- Oversee the management of samples leaving the studio after being shot.
- Management of samples for projects outside of BAU I.E Collaborations, Creative Shoots, etc
- Working closely with Production Co-ordinator, Creative Director and Styling manager on scheduling products for the weekly shoot schedule
- Natural Leader, great communicator, enthusiastic work approach, with a great work ethic.
- Ensure images are delivered to the best standard, in an efficient and timely manner
- Work with various teams to reduce the number of issues by improving efficiency within ways of working
- Working with the studio to ensure we are in line with budget
- Working on ad hoc projects

- Have experience working in a studio environment
- Experience in excellent time keeping and keeping to strict deadlines.
- Excellent eye for detail.

- The willingness to demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations
- Be a problem solver
- PC Literate Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Confident communicator
- Exemplary organisational skills
- Experience in an Ecommerce or Photography Studio environment.
- Previous sample management or stock management experience
- Proven problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Minimum level of education or qualifications
- Degree level qualifications preferred.
