Morgan Hunt are working with a leading UK based organisation who have a current opportunity for an Operations Administrator. This role is on a temporary basis for a 3 month contract. The position will be based in Glasgow with the opportunity to work remotely for most of the time. Mon-Fri working hours (full time).
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing responses to queries from current and potential participants in a clear and logical manner.
- Ensuring that checks made to register calculations enable accurate payment information to be provided within agreed timescales.
Outputs
- Answer queries from current and potential participants (e.g. on eligibility).
- Review information provided from applicants.
- Deliver targeted number of cases as agreed with your Manager.
- Provide support on related issues across the team on an ad-hoc basis.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to deliver operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills alongside IT literacy (including Microsoft Office)
Details:
- 3 months
- 1 day per week in the office in Glasgow/ Hybrid Working
- 12.18 an hour PAYE
