We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and organising organisational calendars
- Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Ensure the office environment remains organised and efficient by managing supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative procedures and workflows
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Excellent typing speed with accuracy to support efficient data processing
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated organisational ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Administrative experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional manner

Pay: £24,420.00-£37,931.33 per year
