The main purpose of a Technical Training Coordinator is to carry out a broad range of training related activities that enable their operations teams’ objectives to be met.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the filling campaign is delivered on time and in full
- To develop and execute the cGMP standards/procedures across Filling
- To continually improve performance, quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes
- To develop/improve in coordination with the area Training Coordinator a robust training plan and training materials
- To lead, motivate and coach the manufacturing team in order to meet site targets, maintain area standards and performance in routine operation
- To role model teamwork and individual involvement and participation in driving performance. To conduct to regular staff appraisals and relevant objective setting
- To provide technical support for projects within manufacturing area and work closely with other functions, such as Quality, Engineering or Operational Excellence on the execution of projects within area
- To ensure that the requirements of the Health and Safety management system are implemented with appropriate monitoring and review systems in place
- To ensure that the requirements of the Quality management systems are implemented with appropriate monitoring and review systems are in place
- To develop and maintain departmental budget for Filling that ensure the correct levels of resource are available to meet manufacturing throughputs to the required standards of cGMP.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants are likely to be a graduate or be able to demonstrate academic potential to this level and have extensive experience working in a pharmaceutical / chemical environment at a supervisory level.
- Applicants will be able to demonstrate success in initiating, leading and successfully implementing significant changes and improvements within a manufacturing area.
- Applicants must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills to achieve success in their role. Time management, diplomacy, assertiveness, leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure are also essential. A positive and pro-active approach is needed to aid resolution of issues.
- A detailed understanding of the processes and procedures is required.
- Appropriate degrees of confidentiality and integrity must be maintained at all times.Our Benefits
