**EUC Engineer - London - £30,000 - £35,000** We are partnering with a leading IT Services company who are looking for an enthusiastic EUC Engineer that can deal with the day to day users and VIP's. They are looking for someone with a good experience of SCCM and Intune, but this is not essential. You will be reporting directly in to the EUC Manager, and you will be responsible for the daily administration of the end user computing environment and delivery of associated services to the contractually agreed SLAs and KPIs. They are looking for a skilled EUC Engineer/Desktop Engineer with at least 2 years' experience with an IT support role, where you would have been exposed to working with different seniority levels of end users. **SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Administration and maintenance of the client's end user computing management service (SCCM). - Ensure Asset management is carried out, keeping the estates AM update to date at all times. - To review workloads and priorities to ensure prompt completion of tasks to a high standard in accordance with organisational policies and guidance. - To ensure individual client records are maintained as directed, adhering to required standards for record keeping and Data Protection. - To build and maintain onsite documentation/processes and procedures. - Assist transition in to BAU support - Patch Management of end user devices Eutopia Solutions Ltd ("Eutopia") is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
