As the EUC Digital Product Manager for this large Financial Services corporate (FS experience is not required), you will build relationships & people networks across the organisation. From junior staff through to divisional CEO’s, your network will enable you to understand where the internal EUC environment is adding value and more importantly, where it frustrates Users and needs improvements.

As the conduit between the organisations thousands of internal computer Users and the 3rd Party Suppliers who manage EUC, the EUC Digital Product Manager will be the proactive voice of the people, investigating identified issues and problems, defining which development or improvement of the EUC platforms will have the biggest impact and provide the Users with the most added value in their day to day roles.

Using your knowledge of EUC technology - Desktops, Laptops, Operating Systems, networks, Software including Applications such as Office365, security software, MDM etc (Please note this is not a Hands-On Technical role but you will need to understand the EU environment to be able to define what works and what can be improved on), you will utilise your gained knowledge of User frustrations & the EUC environment itself to positively challenge the status quo, investigating and where possible, overcoming the challenges that others suggest isn’t possible.

The EUC Digital Product Owner will define required changes or improvements and share the benefits those changes will bring. Defining the subsequent projects and creating the associated Stories, (Business Analyst or Project Manager skills would be useful), you will work closely with the EUC 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure their Architects & Engineers understand the requirements and successfully deliver the EUC improvements.

Using internal Customer Satisfaction metrics, you will assess the ongoing increase in User satisfaction in EUC, defining the EUC roadmap over the short, medium & longer term.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communications, leadership and people networking skills are required - credibility and the ability to influence others at all levels of the organisation are key to the long-term success.
- In-depth knowledge of End User Computing is required within a corporate sized environment. ie. Hardware, Software, Application Delivery, Security, VDI, Office 365 etc (This is not a hands-on technical role but you must understand how the EUC technologies fit and work together).
- Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager experience would be very useful
- Experience of working with 3rd Party Suppliers / MSP’s
- Experience working with Agile would be useful but isn’t essential
- The ability to translate technical jargon into lay terms for non-technical audiences of varying levels of computing experience is expected
- A genuine passion for customer service and improving the technological working environments for thousands of Users
- Understands Service process design
