This is a new role for the business as they are currently going through a rapid growth period they need more hands on deck. You will be assisting the HR Manager in the day to day activities and be their to get stuck in when the work load gets very hectic.
- Writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, updating Company website and jobs boards, arranging interviews. Producing job offers and issuing contracts
- Conducting right to work checks
- Inductions, including development of new corporate induction and running inductions each week
- Disciplinary / Grievance Minutes
- Return to Work Interviews and absence monitoring
- Exit Interviews
- Updating and supporting managers with training matrices
- Supporting requests from payroll
- Weekly preparation of time and attendance information for payroll
- Setting up and conducting interim reviews and end of probation reviews
- Maintaining various spreadsheets
- General Admin and maintenance of HR spreadsheets
- Promote the proactive reporting of workplace hazards/near misses and dangerous occurrences
- Responsibilities as listed in the integrated QUENSH system
