Customer Service Administrator

We have a permanent position become available within the sales office. The job operates on a three week rota two weeks in customer services and one week on the front desk. Working a 3 weekly shift rota with an hour for lunch.

**Front Office Administrator Duties**
- Greet all visitors onto site
- Answer and screen incoming calls and re-direct where required
- Greet drivers on site and process collection notes
- Process all deliveries to site and sort out delivery notes
- Organise conveyance notes from both plants and input onto company system and scan
- Order buffets where required
- Organise outgoing mail / open and distribute incoming mail
- Raise purchase orders
- Update Operators schedule twice daily
- Assist Work Manager / Works Supervisor / Office Manager with various ad hoc duties
- Process haulage additional charges
- Order essential plant supplies
- Record staff holidays absence & sick
- Manage Stock Loads
**Customer Service Desk responsibilities**
- Liaise closely with customers and hauliers
- Record driver inductions
- Clear down un collected jobs daily
- Book in collections for hauliers on the system
- Cover front desk administration lunch depending on shift pattern
**Key Responsibilities & Attributes**
- To manage the administration function for the Runcorn front office
- To follow procedures and comply with all safety requirements
- To handle queries efficiently and quickly and escalate problems to the Office Manager
- To assist colleagues as required
