**Job Description**: Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Administrator Location: Runcorn (WA7 2PY) **Salary**: £11.71 per hour Shifts: Monday - Friday 4 hours per day Contract Type: Temp - perm/ Part time OFFICE BASED ROLE- NO REMOTE WORKING We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Administrator for our prestigious client who are a leading Manufacturing & Development business in speciality, high spec security components for high profile contracts within the various industries. Our client is looking for a dedicated and professional customer service orientated individual to assist with improving their service offering to the sectors demanding customer base. As a Customer Service/Sales Administrator your duties will be: " Liaising and organising with their external customer base relative to product returns. " Engaging with all relevant internal staff to progress the repair/return of the product. " Ensure all system processes and procedures are adhered to as well as improved upon when and where necessary. " Process sales orders and payments. " Arrange for deliveries. " Answering call and dealing with any queries. " General administration duties. The successful Customer Service/Sales Administrator will have the following skills; " Must have office admin/sales admin/customer support experience. " Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written. " Strong ability to prioritise and well under pressure. " Ability and willingness to provide cover in the sales admin department when required. " Able to work independently as well as part of a team. " Good computer literacy. " Friendly telephone manner.
